Together, we bring decades of experience in special education—both professionally and personally. As educators, we’ve worked with students across the full spectrum of abilities and needs. Our own journey through the system, as parents, took us from Early Intervention and CPSE to CSE meetings, from ICT classes to out-of-district placements. Experiencing both sides of the table made one thing clear: advocacy is essential.

Jessica is a Wilson-certified reading specialist and lifelong special educator. She has taught in ICT, resource room, and self-contained special class settings, and she has extensive experience conducting and interpreting educational assessments. In addition to tutoring and teaching, Jessica is a dedicated advocate, supporting families, friends, and clients with compassion and clarity.

Spencer is an executive functioning coach and special education administrator with 15 years of experience working with students of all abilities, including those with ADHD and Autism. He has worked in fully specialized school settings and later oversaw a team of special educators in a private school, building out programs and supports to better meet diverse student needs.

We’ve helped families navigate the complex world of special education with success—and now we’re coming together to take that work further. Our mission is to empower families with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to ensure every child gets what they deserve. There are so many resources available—many that parents don’t even know exist. We’re here to change that.
